At QUARTERS, we provide a unique and new way of co-living by focusing on community. With our amenity-filled common areas and regular events, we enable our target group of young professionals to meet, network and grow together. With our proprietary QUARTERS app, comprehensive services and smart-living technologies are offered online instantly for our tenants. While we grow, we will continue to offer additional services to set a new standard for modern living.

Target criteria

  • Natural light and air in all bedrooms
  • Dedicated interior amenity and common space (member lounge, community kitchen, bike storage, laundry room), rooftop/patio space preferred
  • Convenient access to subways (where applicable) or other easy city connections
  • Near major nightlife, restaurants

Typical deal structure

  • Ten year master gross lease, with additional unilateral options
  • Ideally, we will lease the full building. Depending on the project, we will take a portion of a building if we can have our own dedicated branded entrance w elevators just for our members, dedicated interior community/amenity space, and branded experience.

Target building size

  • Larger Cities: 20,000-100,000 residential square feet
  • Smaller Cities: 20,000-50,000 residential square feet
  • Plenty of natural light and air
